Wilfried Emvula is a Namibian politician and diplomat. A member of the South West Africa People's Organization, Emvula is Namibia's ambassador to the United Nations.[1] In 2006 he was made ambassador to Ethiopia; prior to his appointment to Ethiopia, Emvula was ambassador to France from 1999-2006.
Emvula joined the National Council of Namibia in 1993. He later became Deputy Ministry of Trade and Industry prior to being replaced by Bernhardt Esau in 1999. He is also a trustee of the Legal Assistance Centre.[2]
